Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in creating each piece of art. All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to incorrect size selection, style preference, or ordering mistakes made by the customer.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund in the following cases:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item has a printing defect

  • You receive the wrong item or incorrect size

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not require damaged or defective items to be returned. In most cases, you may keep or responsibly dispose of the item.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
