All products sold by Quiet Wall Studio are print-on-demand items produced specifically for each order.

Because products are custom-made:

  • slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings

  • framing and paper materials may vary slightly depending on availability

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee exact color representation.

SECTION 4 – ORDER ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins shortly after purchase.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including size, frame option, and shipping address.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary based on production timelines, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Quiet Wall Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • the product arrives damaged

  • the product received is incorrect

  • there is a manufacturing defect

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@quietwallstudio.com with photos and order details.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain services and content may be provided by third parties, including payment processors and fulfillment partners.

We are not responsible for any harm or damages related to third-party services.
