ORDER PROCESSING

All orders at Quiet Wall Studio are made to order. Each piece is printed and prepared specifically for you.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.


SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs processing.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Quiet Wall Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

While we work closely with our fulfillment partners and carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@quietwallstudio.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
